Ingredients
Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
Cream cheese- 8 oz
Eggs - 4
Canola oil - 1/2 cup
Hot water - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Vanilla - 1 tbsp
MethodHeat oven to 325ºF.
Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, butter, oil and vanilla in a large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each until blended. Gradually beat in flour and hot water on low speed until blended.
Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
Bake for about an hour at 350, until it is light brown and starts to pull away from the sides.

what flour am i missing something, flour is in directions but mix is in ingredients!

ReplyDeleteIt’s 325 degrees for about an hour. This pound cake is heavenly. Great with fruit etc

ReplyDeleteI use 1/2 cup butter and 2T of oil instead of a half a cup of oil and 2T butter
